We were very excited when we heard about the project we’re bringing to you this week. As you know, we’re a site that really strives to reach people all over the world and expose everyone that comes to our site to music from different artist’s, from different countries doing different genre’s so that anyone who visit’s the website can find something to relate too!

We were very happy when we made contact with Steve and Velveta Thompson of “Beracah Music” who are great pioneer’s of Worship music here in the UK and they told us about their current project.

Their current project is one that is inspiring and really shows their heart for God and the expression of worship to God through music. With a title ‘Seeds For Change’ it’s clear to us that Steve and Velveta are on a mission to sow seeds of worship around the world. The great thing about ‘Living Waters’ (Seeds For Change) is that it’s targeted at China. Steve and Velveta are even sowing this album into China as a free download to allow the people of China to have access to this great worship music and to bless them as they establish God’s church in China; a place where some Christians are still persecuted, and restricted in various ways.

“Our desire is to sow music into the nations as free mp3 downloads as well as CDs.’ Said by Steve and Velveta. ‘This is our opportunity to bring worship to every nation, tribe and tongue with no restrictions. We are sowing our first album, ‘Living Waters’ towards resourcing the churches in the Chinese speaking world. Each day, thousands are coming to know Christ all over Asia. With MOMH, we as Beracah Music have an opportunity to join forces to offer free downloads of our songs and music to thousands of our brothers and sisters all around the Chinese speaking world, as well as other nations - free of cost!”

Go everywhere and announce the Message of God’s good news to one and all.’ “Beracah Music has always followed the call of God with great passion, serving the nations of the world in worship for over 25 years. We are pleased to present our new album as a seed into China! Seeds for Change - Living waters! We are sowing this seed to bring change and pray living waters spring up throughout China and the World!” 

We wouldn’t be m-brio music if we didn’t bring you GREAT music that we like ourselves. – All of the music and artist’s on the site are one’s we genuinely like and support – After hearing snippets of the album, we can say that we really like it. It’s fresh, it’s unique, it’s pure and it’s innocent. You can feel the hearts of the people in worship to God and the lyrics and music are all about Jesus and lifting up His name which is something we could really do with having more of.

Steve and Velveta Thompson have served in the music ministry for over 25 years. Both pastor's children, they started ministering in their fathers' West Midlands churches at the age of 13 - years before they ever met. They both went on in ministry to work with Graham Kendrick, in production, songwriting, conferences and overseas ministry. After 24 years, they continue to travel with Graham. 

Steve and Vel have a heart for musicians and have pastored (encourage and guide) many professional musicians both in the secular field and those based in local church settings. 

Whilst serving under the ministry of Pastor Ray McCauley in Rhema Church, South Africa for 18 months, they produced three of their latest own CD and video, including 'Strong and Mighty' and a youth album entitled 'I Will Run'. 

Steve has also produced a series of albums for both British-based artists and international artists including: Graham Kendrick (UK), EXO (Belgium), Chris Bowater (UK), Kiho Lee (Korea), Marilyn Rofidal (France), Karen Cheng (USA/Taiwan), Rafael Fernadiz (France), Nick Miller (Belgium & UK) and many more. 

The Thompsons are also known for their worship leading, seminar teaching, songwriting, music directing and accompanying various international worship leaders and secular artists including Graham Kendrick, Ron Kenoly, Darlene Zschech, Chris Bowater, Gloria Gaynor, Don Moen, Alvin Slaughter, Michael Bolton, Roy Castle, Beverly Knight and Paul Baloche, to name but a few. 

To facilitate their growing ministry, Steve and Vel founded "Beracah Music International", which is becoming internationally acclaimed for its integrity in building the body of Christ through teaching in the area of worship. 

Steve & Vel are part of City Gates Elim Church, based in Ilford under the leadership of Steve & Julie Derbyshire. The parents of two daughters, Velisha Mahalia and Esther Vanessa, the Thompsons make their home in Essex in the United Kingdom.
